Live Analytics

Terms of service

Live Analytics — Meta App ID 2334190797356886
Operator: Live Analytics, 2 Rue Magnan, 24200 Sarlat-la-Canéda, France
Effective 17 October 2026. This is the first version of these terms.

These terms set out who may use the Live Analytics application, what they may do with it, and the rules that apply because it reads data from the WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. These terms

These terms govern the use of the application “Live Analytics” (Meta App ID 2334190797356886) and of this website, both operated by Live Analytics, 2 Rue Magnan, 24200 Sarlat-la-Canéda, France.

By using the application you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Live Analytics, and “you” means the person using the application.

2. Who may use the application

Live Analytics is an internal business tool. Access is granted only to members of our staff and to contractors working for us who have been given an account for a specific business purpose.

It is not a public service and not a product offered to other businesses. There is no sign-up, no subscription and no fee. Nobody outside our organisation may use it, and access cannot be transferred or shared.

Customers who message our WhatsApp Business numbers are not users of the application. What happens to their data is governed by the privacy policy, not by these terms.

3. What the application does

The application connects to WhatsApp Business accounts owned and operated by our company through the official WhatsApp Business Platform API, and produces reports on reply times, message volume and unanswered conversations.

It is a reporting tool. It does not send messages to customers, does not alter conversations, and does not act on a customer’s behalf.

4. Accounts and credentials

Each user receives an individual account with multi-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done through your account.

Accounts must not be shared, and credentials must not be written down anywhere others can read them or embedded in scripts or other systems. Tell us immediately at privacy@dinshaer.cloud if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may revoke an account at any time, in particular when a person’s role changes or their engagement with us ends.

5. Acceptable use

When using the application you must not:

  • Look up conversations or team members for any reason unconnected with your work.
  • Export, copy, photograph or forward customer messages or reports to anyone who is not authorised to receive them.
  • Use anything you see in the application to contact a customer for a purpose they did not ask for, including marketing.
  • Attempt to connect the application to WhatsApp accounts that do not belong to our company.
  • Circumvent access controls, rate limits or logging, or probe the application or its servers for weaknesses without our written authorisation.
  • Introduce malicious code, or use automated means to extract data in bulk.
  • Use the application in a way that breaks any applicable law, or the rules described in section 6.

Use of the application is logged. Misuse may lead to immediate withdrawal of access and to disciplinary or legal consequences.

6. Meta and WhatsApp platform rules

The application depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and its use is subject to Meta’s rules as well as to these terms. We and every user must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, each as amended from time to time.

Where these terms conflict with those rules, Meta’s rules prevail for anything touching the platform or the data obtained from it.

Meta may change, limit or withdraw access to the platform at any time. If that happens the application may stop working in whole or in part, and we are not liable for the consequences. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are independent of Meta and not endorsed by it.

7. Data protection

The application handles personal data belonging to people who message our company. Every user must follow the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms, and must handle that data only for the purposes described there.

Access the minimum you need for the task at hand. If you receive a request from a customer about their data, including a deletion request, pass it to privacy@dinshaer.cloud the same working day rather than acting on it yourself.

8. Availability and support

We make no commitment to any level of availability. The application may be unavailable for maintenance, because of a failure in our own infrastructure, or because the WhatsApp Business Platform is unavailable or has changed.

Reports are produced from data supplied by Meta’s API. Where that data arrives late, incomplete or not at all, the reports will reflect it. Figures should be treated as an operational indicator, not as an audited record.

9. Intellectual property

The application, its source code, its interface, this website and the reports it generates belong to Live Analytics and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for your work with us, and nothing more. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Confidentiality

Customer conversations, reports, performance figures and the workings of the application are confidential. You must not disclose them to anyone outside our company without our written permission, and this obligation continues after your access ends.

It does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of yours, or that you are legally required to disclose, in which case tell us first where the law allows.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct (faute lourde ou dolosive).

12. Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of the reports the application produces.

Because access is granted free of charge and for internal purposes, our total liability to any user under these terms is limited to five hundred euros (€500).

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, with or without notice, in particular on breach of these terms, on a security concern, or when your role no longer requires access.

Your obligations of confidentiality and data protection survive termination, as do sections 9 to 12 and 15. On termination you must stop using the application and destroy any copies of reports or data you still hold.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The current version is always published at this address, with the date below. Where a change is material we will notify users before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the amended terms.

This version is effective from 17 October 2026.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by French law.

The competent courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction. Where a user is a consumer, this clause does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
